Deep Roots. Bold Growth.

Where exhausted women renew their capacity to lead what comes next.

This is not wellness. This is anticipatory leadership development in feminine form.

Something is cracking

Institutions feel brittle.

Leadership feels extractive.

The caretakers are exhausted.

The women who "get it" are tired of holding everything together.

There is rage. There is grief. There is heartbreak.

And there is also, perhaps quietly, readiness.

Not to burn it all down.

To imagine better. To build forward. Together.

Wild Women at Work is born from this threshold moment.

The Organizational Alchemist

You're the emotional shock absorber. The one who metabolizes everyone else's chaos so the system can function.

Executive. Dean. Director. Creative solopreneur managing it all.

Your title varies but your burden is the same.

You hold the rage, the grief, the impossible tensions. Meanwhile, you're seeping energy everyday through a thousand small acts of service to others.

The work that fuels you is slowly destroying you.

You know something better is possible. But you're simply too depleted to imagine it alone.

You can't build from burnout. But you can transform exhaustion into fuel.

It’s difficult to imagine flourishing futures when we are stuck in survival mode.

Overdrive kills imagination.

Isolation kills courage.

Exhaustion kills innovation.

So before we build systems, we must restore capacity.

Before we lead differently, we must feel differently.

Wild Women at Work is where that happens.

Beyond rage and grief

We're all holding rage: watching systems crumble, competence punished, old paradigms breaking everything.

We're all holding grief : loss of stability, safety nets dissolving, our children inheriting crisis.

What we need is a place to hold the third way: strategic preparation for what comes next.

We see a world where:

  • Leadership is relational, not hierarchical.

  • Power is shared, not hoarded.

  • Imagination is democratized, not reserved for the privileged few.

  • Coalitions of courage replace isolation.

The old systems are breaking.

We are ready. While they fall, we reimagine and rebuild.

What we actually do

On the surface: Workshops. Retreats. Gatherings. Intensives. Cohorts.

Underneath

We create containers strong enough to hold truth.

We create cauldrons where:

  • Vulnerability and competence coexist

  • Courage and softness are not opposites

  • Rage is welcomed but not weaponized

  • Hope is rekindled

We gather women within shared contexts (think higher ed, creative industries, HR, professional associations, solopreneurs) because shared terrain accelerates trust.

We are not here to manage a community.

We are here to ignite connection.

We design the container. You design the future.

How we gather

Three ways to engage.

One ecosystem of transformation.

Wild Women at Work creates spaces for professional women to reconnect with themselves and each other. Different formats. Different depths. All rooted in the craft of transformation.

These developmental experiences are designed to meet you where you are and deepen over time. Each experience is designed as a container for the ancient craft of transformation: metabolizing what depletes you, mobilizing what sustains you.

  • Monthly gatherings for women who get it

    What It Is:
Friday afternoon sessions (1-4pm) with women from varied professional backgrounds. Not networking. Not therapy. Just space to get grounded, be real, and feel less alone.

    What Happens:
Embodied practices. Real conversation. Permission to not have it all figured out. You leave steadier, clearer, more yourself.

  • Weekend retreats for deeper work

    What It Is:
Friday evening through Sunday morning. Small group (6-10 women). Curated retreat spaces in Prescott, Sedona, or similar. This is where you go deeper.

    What Happens:
Structured spaciousness. Ritual. Rest. Real witnessing. You leave with allies, restored capacity, and renewed clarity about who you're becoming.

  • Ongoing cohorts for women in similar fields

    What It Is:
For those who want sustained work with women in their specific context. Monthly gatherings plus dedicated retreat with HR leaders, higher ed professionals, or creative innovators who speak a similar language.

    What Happens:
Deeper trust. Shared terrain. Ongoing transformation. This is the sustained heat that creates lasting change.

What changes?

You will leave: Touched. Transformed. Sparked. Restored. Clearer about who you are becoming.

Come to a Wild Women at Work gathering and you will not leave the same. Not because we tell you what to do, but because you will:

  • Feel seen in your exhaustion. The ache you carry has a name. You're not failing. You're holding chaos so systems can function.

  • Feel validated in your rage. The fury is appropriate. The institutions are extractive. You're not too sensitive. You're awake.

  • Feel reconnected to your own authority. Beneath the exhaustion is wisdom. Beneath the compliance is power. You remember who you are.

  • Meet women who carry a similar ache and a similar fire. You are not alone. There are others who see the cracks, who feel both fury and responsibility.

How is this wildly different?

  • We don't tell you how to lead. We create space for your intuitive authority to emerge and inspire.

  • This work is sacred but not rigid. We honor different ways of knowing and working.

  • Rigorous preparation for paradigm shift. Rooted in wisdom traditions.

  • We're not escaping what's crumbling. We're preparing for what's being born.

We do not offer self-care as retreat from responsibility.

We offer restoration as preparation for transformational leadership.
